⚠ IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ This key requires two steps before it will work:

1. CUTTING - the HU100R blade is supplied uncut so it must be cut to your key code by an auto-locksmith or dealer.
2. PROGRAMMING - the key must be coded/programmed to your vehicle by an auto-locksmith or BMW specialist using diagnostic equipment. It will NOT operate your car out of the box.

Note on BMW FEM/BDC: programming these keys usually requires the module ISN to be read, which an experienced auto-locksmith can do on the bench or via the OBD port. If all keys are lost your locksmith can still add this key. Adding a spare normally uses your existing vehicle/module data.
